Dear ENVRI Board members,

 

The ENVRI Board in-person meeting is approaching, and we want to inform you about further practicalities.

 

Our meeting will take place at Aix-Marseille University, Campus Saint-Charles (3 Pl. Victor Hugo, 13003 Marseille, France) close to Marseille-St-Charles Station.

We will start on Tuesday, 7^th October, at 9:00 and will close the meeting on Wednesday, 8^th October, at 13:00. Please find attached the preliminary agenda.

 

Eija as the current Chair of the Board will clarify if ACTRIS can take care of the costs for coffee breaks and maybe the lunch break on Tuesday. We will come back to you with more information on that later. For potential hotels, see the suggested accommodation list from IRISCC: https://www.lyyti.fi/p/IRISCC_Annual_Meeting_2025_3519/en/practicalities. Please keep in mind that the venue of the IRISCC Annual Meeting is different from our location!
