Dear Ingrid, all,
I know that mails can get lost or overseen easily. This is why I always send out the calendar invitations to the ENVRI Board mailing list, including the connection details and information on
where to find the meeting materials. I also send out reminder mails shortly before those meetings or include new materials, in addition to the invitation.
The meeting
today at 13:00 CET and the 1st ENVRI Board meeting in 2026 (22nd January, 10:00 CET) are no exceptions.
The invitation for today was sent on Thursday, 6th Nov, and I sent the one for January on Thursday, 9th Dec.
If you did not (or do not, in general) receive these calendar invitations, please let me know, so we can figure out together why that
is and fix it for further meetings. Maybe there are some issues with mail programs falsely detecting spam by the list invitations that we need to solve. As always, feel free to contact me directly for further problems.

Our calendar are becoming busy very fast for January a'd February.
Sometime we can receive 80emails a day and I can skip an invitation email... And as an example I just catch the January date thanks to your reply to the Yann Hervé's email.
So please would you be so kind to systematically send a calendar invitation even when the connection is not ready yet (it can be updated later on)? It will make things easier and our attendance more sure.
