Yes, you are right, bet to fix the date. Based on the poll, it seems that 7-8th October would be the best time, in connection with IRISCC.

 

We would need someone to help in the arrangements, and I contacted earlier today the IRISCC coordination, to ask about the arrangements but I started to wonder, whether you in AnAEE are local organisers?

 

The only issue is that IRISCC meeting seems to start in the morning of Wednesday, but perhaps the directors could join later...  On Wednesday afternoon there is a IB meeting plannd in the IRISCC agenda:

16:00–18:00

Session 3 (tentative: IB +ENVRI projects)

 

Mon-Tue 6-7th were not as popular. Or we will start in the morning of 7th.

 

So I would propose to fix 7-8th October in Marseille
