dear ENVRI Board,

(I hope this mail reaches the whole Board, from the email address this is not clear - if not, can you please forward it to the whole list)

Regarding the INFRADEV-01 discussions that have been ongoing for a few weeks now, our conclusion is that there seems to be at least 4 proposals in preparation from the ENVRI community and merging them to one proposal is not a feasible option.

It is important that the ENVRI community works torwards a transparent, open dialogue, for the benefit of all in the community. However, it should also be acknowledged that 'one shoe does not fit to all feet'. Therefore we will continue planning 'our' proposal, which currently includes several eLTER and ICOS partners.
