Dear all,

Attached you find the draft version of meeting minutes from the first INFRA-DEV-01-02 proposal preparation meeting last week in Rome. You receive this mail because you either are part of the ENVRI Board, have been participating in said meeting or were named to actively contribute to the proposal and project.

Please feel free to comment the document in track changes mode until end of next week (06. Feb). All relevant links to mentioned Google Docs are inserted in the minutes as well as action points. For context I attached Anca’s slides again, specifically for those who were not involved so far, and you can also find the call text again.

The poll for our next meeting is still open. I kindly ask those of you, who did not answer by now, to insert your availabilities here: https://terminplaner6.dfn.de/p/05ecacb01e5f51b1ecded775df2a846e-1574949. By now the meeting seems to be on Friday, 20^th Feb, from 14:30 to 16:30 CET.

In addition, we plan with the next in-person writing day on 31^st March in Brussels, in connection to the ENVRI Board meeting on 1^st April.
