As decided, we want to plan a one-day in-person meeting end of January, probably at an airport conference room, to prepare the proposal. The decision for the in-person lunch-to-lunch meeting in Spring is the 31^st March – 1^st April. We will do our best to find a place with a hybrid option to participate also online, but on-site participation is greatly appreciated. Further information will follow.

I will prepare the minutes from today’s meeting as soon as possible and plan to send them either tomorrow or latest on Wednesday.
