Dear ENVRI Board members,

Due to the summer holidays, there has been a slight delay in making the materials and minutes from the last ENVRI Board Meeting. However, they are now available in the shared Redmine folder here: https://iagos-comm.fz-juelich.de/projects/envri-board/dmsf?folder_id=1101.

I kindly ask the presenters whose slides are not yet there to upload them directly or send them to me so that I can do so.

The minutes are also already in the folder as draft version, as well as attached to this mail. I welcome your feedback and comments as soon as possible and will adapt the document accordingly, but I will not set an explicit deadline to give all members the chance to respond after their vacations.

Also, the poll for our in-person meeting is now closed and the Chairs and I have started preparations for our face-to-face meeting 7-8th October in Marseille connection to the IRISCC meeting as this option received the most votes. Please add this date to your calendars already. More information will follow.
