[ENVRI Board] LS-RI FP10 Position Paper

Hi all, In case you missed this, LS-RI just released an FP10 Position Paper (attached). As the issues raised in the Paper are equally relevant to ENVRI, It might make sense for the ENVRI Board to issue a similar document to strengthen its impact.
