Dear all, For the proposal preparation meeting for the INFRA-DEV 01-02 call on 20th January, Ingrid booked a room in the Occidental Aran Park hotel in Rome. The Chairs suggest a meeting from 10 CET to 17 CET with the following agenda: 1/ Arrival and tour de table (15 minutes) 2/ Presentation of the call and context (DEV5 2025, DEV2 2026, INFRASERV1 2027, and FP10) (30 minutes) 3/ Specific context of the call (lump sum aspects, liaison with other projects / clusters / proposals) (30 minutes) 4/ Consortium (who is partnering, role of partners, do we accept affiliated entities, etc.) (30 minutes) 5/ Analysis of the call and key objectives of the proposal (60 minutes) 6/ Key outcomes of the proposal from the point of view of ENVRI Board (30 minutes) 7/ Start to think in the structure of the proposal (2h brainstorming, option to work in groups) 8/ Wrap-up, next meeting, take-home messages and distribution of work (30 minutes) 9/ AoB I will update the calendar invitation accordingly.
